I got my DJI Phantom 3 Professional drone in Bulgaria and, Bulgaria is a pretty nice country to test it out, I must say. There's plenty of dramatic scenery, old fortresses and weird buildings. The above image is of Assen's Fortress.
Buzludzha (above) is one of the strangest buildings one is likely to see. It's a communist monument and, as far as communist monuments go, they're usually always grandiose. This thing is enormous. You can't even really make out the people next to it from the sky.
Veliko Tarnovo is Bulgaria's was the historical capital of Bulgaria's second empire. There's a very impressive fortress in the city and of course, I just had to photograph it and film it with the DJI Phantom 3.
Those who know me well, know that I can be rather prone to "disasters". Some might even say that it would only be a matter of time till I'd do something drastic with the drone. After a few totally drama free flights I guess I was due for something crazy. Watch the video above to see what I'm talking about. :)
